karmayogiparishad.com belongs to KARMYOGI PARISHAD TRUST ("the Trust"), a charitable trust with registered office at H No-656, Udhan Pana, Kanjhawla, Kanjhawala, North West Delhi, Delhi – 110081, India. Use of this website, membership and donations are subject to these terms.

Website

Content on this website is general information about the Trust's work. The Trust updates it from time to time.

Donations

• Every donation is voluntary. The donor receives no goods, service or benefit in return.
• Only Indian citizens can donate, from Indian bank accounts, cards and UPI. The Trust returns any foreign contribution it receives.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Razorpay processes payments, and the Trust adds no fee.
• The donor gives correct name, email, mobile number and PAN. The Trust issues 80G receipts and files Form 10BD on the details the donor gives.
• The Trust uses donations for the objects in its trust deed, as the donate page describes.

Monthly donations

A donor who chooses a monthly donation authorises the Trust, through Razorpay, to debit the chosen amount every month by UPI Autopay, e-mandate or card until the donor cancels. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel.

Delivery

The Trust ships no physical goods. Razorpay emails a payment receipt as soon as payment succeeds. The Trust sends the donation receipt with 80G details on WhatsApp, to the mobile number given at payment, within 1 working day of payment, and issues Form 10BE after the financial year as income-tax law requires.

Membership

Membership is voluntary and subject to verification by the Trust. A member gives correct information and follows the Trust's discipline. The Trust can cancel membership after inquiry for false information, misconduct or conduct against its objects.

ShaktiScore

ShaktiScore is an internal, rule-based indicator. It is not proof of any financial or legal standing.

Liability

The Trust is not liable for any private or business dealing between members, or for loss caused by a payment network, bank or gateway outage outside its control.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Laws of India govern these terms. Courts at Rohini, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
